Mission
To break free from the silence and shame of mental health experiences. To strengthen knowledge, resources, and support around mental health awareness.
This mission is deeply personal for us. We believe that everyone deserves to live a life free from the stigma and isolation that often surrounds mental health. We are committed to:
Breaking the silence: Encouraging open and honest conversations about mental health, dispelling myths, and creating a space where people feel safe to share their experiences.
Empowering individuals: Providing access to information, resources, and support networks that can help people navigate their mental health journey.
Strengthening awareness: Educating communities and offering the Freedom Camp Wellness Kit that prioritize mental health and well-being.
We believe that by working together, we can create a world where mental health is valued and supported, and where everyone feels empowered to seek help and thrive.
Vision
To create an environment in which everyone feels supported and free throughout their mental health journey.
“transformation is a process, and as life happens, there are tons of ups and downs. It’s a journey of discovery - there are moments on mountaintops and moments in deep valleys of despair.”
- Rick Warren
